Ezgi Uğurlu will share insights from her master’s thesis, “An Investigation of Job Change Reasons among Information Management Graduates Using a Qualitative Approach”, exploring career transitions, professional motivations, and patterns in the information management field. Habibi Mamone will feature research on the intersection of human behavior and technology, with a focus on “Implementing Artificial Intelligence in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Its Impact on the Workforce”, highlighting how AI integration reshapes organizational processes and employee experiences. This session will provide attendees with an in-depth look at innovative graduate research, valuable for academics, practitioners, and anyone interested in workforce dynamics, AI, and information management.
