2025-2026 Officer Rosters

We do still have SIGs and Chapters that have not submitted their officer rosters. ASIS&T HQ needs this information for communication and documentation purposes. Officers should only be designated for 1 position, possibly 2 with HQ permission. Please send all officer updates to Marlo at membership@asist.org.

For your Webmaster log-in credentials, please reach out to membership@asist.org. If your SIG or Chapter does not have a designated Webmaster, the Chair should reach out to membership@asist.org.

Q1 Financials Coming Soon

If your SIG or Chapter had any expenses or revenue in the first quarter of this fiscal year, your Chair and Treasurer will receive a financial statement by the end of the month. Please review this to ensure it accurately reflects your expectations.

SIG & Chapter Events - Webinars
|
We are looking to get more webinars on the ASIS&T calendar! This could be an opportunity to promote your Chapter/SIG more broadly since we advertise these on Social Media and emails to our entire database. These are also opportunities to provide secure revenue for your SIG/Chapter (ASIS&T HQ will keep the first $125 of registration fees for administrative costs).

ASIS&T HQ wants to know what's happening with your SIG or Chapter! Please email membership@asist.org with any announcements, information about events, or news to be included in the Weekly Roundup or Inside ASIS&T newsletters. The deadline for Weekly Roundup is every Thursday by 12:00 PM ET. The deadline for the next issue of Inside ASIS&T is January 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.
